Pahoti means "Able" or "Sufficient" in Pali. At Pahoti we wish to create a positive impact on the mental health and wellbeing for all seeking happiness.
Mental health issues are viewed as a stigma in society and there is ignorance about the kind of help that is available either from healthcare providers, online apps or wholesome practices like recreation, yoga, meditation, physical activity.
At Pahoti, we promote mental health education in the form of articles, webinars, videos and stories to help all achieve self awareness, provide digital health interventions in the form of online therapy apps, as well as design activity based happiness projects for learning and rejuvenation.
